Surrounded by a 6000 square meters garden, the charming villa is designed to offer maximum comfort and relaxation, so you can fully enjoy your holidays in Puglia. A holiday at La Serrazza: very quiet place surrounded by nature with pool Surrounded by the Mediterranean vegetation and the lush olive trees, at Villa La Serrazza everything is simple, refined, linear but of design, in the garden and around the pool. The solarium, gazebo with a sitting area, the barbecue area and the shed next to the house, everything is designed so you can spend a comfortable and unforgettable vacation in Pescoluse. In addition there\`s a wonderful panoramic view you can enjoy from the terrace. The vaulted ceilings and the harmony of your dreams. The big sliding windows brighten the living room with open kitchen where all details are highlighted by the natural light. The sleeping area consists of 4 double rooms, one with a private bathroom and the other with a second bathroom. There is a third bathroom outside the villa. The position and the surroundings of the villa The villa is located in a quiet area and allows you to reach within a few minutes drive the beaches of Pescoluse, such as Torre Pali, Lido Marini e Torre San Giovanni. Pescoluse is a vivid seaside location with various services such as bars, restaurants, shops and bathing establishments. Santa Maria di Leuca, the most southern location of Italy, with its lighthouse and sanitarium is a very vivid town and just 12 kilometers away from the villa. \- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). \- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. \- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. \- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 20 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes). \- Pool available from May to October, off-season pool's opening has an extra price of euro 200. \- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 1200 to pay upon arrival. \- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. We absolutely loved everything about this villa, from the comfortable beds and pillows to the indoor/outdoor gathering and dining spots to the sparkling pool and beautiful surroundings (an olive grove). Highlights included a fully-equipped kitchen which enabled us to cook our own version of the famous local pasta, orecchiette, with a sauce made from local tomatoes (ask the shopkeeper in town which ones to buy for a pan sauce); sitting by the pool at night listening to owls and watching shooting stars; and a visit from the owner one morning with a box full of the delicious pastries called pasticciotto. Quick access to lovely beaches and charming towns allowed us to soak in the culture of this region. If it's on your way somewhere, we highly recommend a drive to Punta Ristola, Santa Maria di Leuca -- the southeastern-most point of Italy where the Adriatic and Ionian Seas converge; Gallipoli; and more locally, a night swim beneath the 6th century watchtower at Spiaggia di Torre Pali which is well-lit by the moon. There are many incredible swim holes/caves/cliffs near the villa. Enjoy! ##### Missy B.
