Fully furnished, nascent, duplex, 5 bedrooms (all with air conditioning) being 03 suites with balcony, 02 large rooms, 3 toilets, kitchen and equipped kitchen, garage for 07 cars, excellent outdoor area with pool, barbecue and sauna, land of 600 mĀ² and 350 mĀ² of built area. All this 200 meters from the beach.

7km from the airport, close to good restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shopping malls, pharmacies, dry cleaners, and easy access to other beautiful beaches such as Praia do Flamengo, ItapuĆ£, AbaetĆ© Lagoon, Praia do Forte, Guarajuba, Imbassay, Arembepe, etc.

Primeiramente tenho que agradecer ao Vitor pela atenĆ§Ć£o e dedicaĆ§Ć£o, que tirou todas as minhas dĆŗvidas e ajudou com Ć³timas dicas de onde ir, como ir e o que fazer na regiĆ£o. Essa interaĆ§Ć£o por si sĆ³ jĆ” valeu a pena. Que casa Ć³tima, em tamanho e conforto. Ar condicionado em todos os quartos, cozinha atualizada com tudo o que vocĆŖ precisa. Quartos amplos com mobiliĆ”rio de qualidade. No exterior tem o Trio Piscina, Sauna e Churrasqueira, nĆ£o precisa de dizer mais nada! A casa estĆ” muito bem localizada, pois fica perto de um dos hotĆ©is mais frequentados da regiĆ£o, a seguranƧa estĆ” sempre presente e hĆ” bastante tĆ”xi. Supermercado, posto de gasolina, lojinhas, bares, tudo fica em torno de 5 a 10 minutos a pĆ©. Quando voltar para Salvador e pensar em me hospedar na mesma regiĆ£o, me hospedarei novamente nesta casa SEM QUALQUER DƚVIDA. PARABƉNS!

Santuario em Stella Maris
Casa como nas fotos. Bem arejada, cozinha equipada, jardim e piscina bem cuidados. Todos os quartos tem air condicionado, roupa de cama e toalhas extra. Rua tranquila, de 5 a 7 minutos da praia e outros 5 do mercado e uma avenida com varios comercios. Fica a uns 15 minutos do aeroporto, uns 30 min de Salvador por causa do transito.Tivemos uma otima estadia com boa comunicacao com o host. Recomendo muito que acertem pra Marisa (cozinheira deles) ir fazer um almoƧo. Nos acertamos pra ser no dia da chegada e tivemos comida suficiente pro dia seguinte tambem. O quarto no andar de baixo ajuda muito pra hospedes com dificuldade de locomocao ou de mais idade. Recomendo muito a casa e alugaria de novo quando voltar a Salvador.

SĆ³ tenho a agradecer ao Anfitriao Vitor, desde sempre muito solĆ­cito e prestativo para todas as minhas dĆŗvidas. Me deu dica de fazeres ao redor da casa, foi essencial. Muito obrigado, Vitor! Quanto a casaā€¦ sem palavras, UMA MANSƃO! Todos os quartos com Ć³timos ar condicionados, camas boas, banheiros equipados e com uma estĆ©tica luxuosa, sem conta que tinha colchƵes extras. A sauna ao lado da piscina, muito boa! No modo geral, minha estadia foi maravilhosa, sĆ³ nĆ£o melhor, porque acabou rsrsrs! Recomendo muito, galera!
