### IT38 Decorated Duplex Apartment 3/4, Foot on the Sand

Quiet, decorated and cozy place! Excellent duplex apartment, equipped with 2 suites and 1 simple bedroom, both air-conditioned, living room with Smart TV and full kitchen, on the terrace, an office bedroom and balcony with barbecue and chairs. It has a great location, right on the sand, in Itacimirim, in the Quinta das Lagoas Praia Condominium, with a seafront pool.  
  
We take care of the apartment with great care and care, with the aim of providing you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.  
  
\*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;  
  
\*\*We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check out. Water and gas already included in the rate;  
  
\*\*\*A deposit of R$1,000.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);  
  
\*\*\*\*It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property.  
  
The composition of the rooms is as follows:  
  
Suite 1: 1 double bed, split air conditioning, curtain and closet;  
  
Suite 2: 1 king bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain, closet and balcony;  
  
Bedroom 1: 1 single bed, 1 bunk bed, split air conditioning, fan, blackout curtain and closet.  
  
NOTE: We have 1 office room on the terrace, with bathroom included.  
  
Considered one of the best beaches on the North Coast, Itacimirim is bathed by natural pools of unusual beauty. A true reserve of peace and tranquility. It is part of the itinerary of beaches on the north coast of Bahia, which offers calm and warm waters that meet the Pojuca River, providing a stunning landscape to connect with nature and renew energies.
