Our apartment blends modern style and comfort, offering a unique and memorable experience.  
  
Equipped with a queen bed to ensure a quiet and comfortable night's sleep, along with a sofa bed to accommodate extra guests, the space is ideal for any occasion.  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, complete kitchen items, blender, sandwich maker, and an Italian coffee maker, allowing you to easily prepare your favorite meals. For your entertainment, there's a 32'' smart TV.  
  
We've also thought about your convenience, providing a washer-dryer machine, air conditioning, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board.  
  
The building offers excellent amenities, such as a gourmet space available by reservation for special culinary and socializing moments, a well-equipped gym to stay fit during your stay, and a relaxing pool to enjoy sunny days.  
  
For those needing to work or study, there is a quiet study space and a comfortable meeting room available by reservation and for a fee.  
  
The communication with guests is done as promptly as possible to make them feel welcomed, both through the platform and by phone.  
  
Our check-in process is self-check-in, without my physical presence.  
  
Located at the southern tip of the Salvador peninsula, the Barra neighborhood is one of the most well-known and tourist-friendly areas of the city. With a long beach of calm and crystal-clear waters, surrounded by coconut trees and offering a marvelous view of the Barra Lighthouse, the region is an invitation for those seeking beauty and tranquility.  
  
Furthermore, Barra is a neighborhood bursting with recreational options, such as bars, restaurants, shops, theaters, and cultural centers. Its proximity to other tourist spots in Salvador, like the Pelourinho and the Mercado Modelo, also adds to its appeal for visitors to the city.  
  
But Barra's distinctiveness doesn't stop there. The neighborhood is also famous for its popular festivals, like the Salvador Carnival, which attracts thousands of tourists every year and makes the city even more vibrant and lively. Its cultural and touristic diversity invites those who want to enjoy everything the city has to offer.
