A suíte superior tem uma escada muito perigosa (cuidado com pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção e crianças). Ar condicionado excelente. O condomínio, em compensação, é excelente. Ótima localização, piscina, boa estrutura, seguro. Garagem coberta, ótima.
