Checking in was friendly and fast. Our room was clean. PLEASE PROVIDE WASH CLOTHS. This is not a luxury amenity, people need them to clean themselves. Also, how are you stocking shower gel and no wash cloth to use it? Make it make sense. Breakfast was good.

It’s just off a busy road, but very quiet. Our room seemed recently upgraded. Comfortable bed and good shower in the bathroom. Big breakfast included at a buffet in the lobby. We had a very nice stay.

If you move the bed frame is terrible dirty, but everything else is perfectly clean. Pool was super clean, not even a bug. Overall the place is nice, just there is no restaurant service inside the hotel, but you can use the dinning area if you buy food from somewhere else.

The personal need to be friendly and show excitement. The lady at from when we arrived was cold and before she finishes we us she took care other people. Hope this will help to improve the service. I would say that is very negative,for the hotel, even though everything else was exceptional!
