### Ocean Club S204, Soundfront Condo in Indian Beach, NC!

The Ocean Club Resort resonates with southern charm. Built in the Charlestonian style of architecture, the open living space of the villas harmonizes with the magnificent maritime environment. All villas have fully equipped kitchens, 1-2 bedrooms, 2 baths, washers/dryers and balconies. As the coastal destination resort, The Ocean Club offers every amenity. Access to the soundside fishing pier and launch areas for kayaks and paddleboards is also available. Grilling is just a few steps away via community park grill access. Featuring 3 pools including a gated Oceanfront heated pool, Soundfront pool, and children's pool, there is no end of things to do at the resort. For those who want to explore the Crystal Coast, shopping, dining, golf, eco-touring, charter wind surfing, fishing and scuba diving are just a few of the activities available nearby.  
  
Community Amenities Include:  
(Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay).  
  
\-3 Pools including gated, heated Oceanfront Pool and Soundfront Pool with Children's Pool, Hot Tub (hours: 9:30am - 10pm daily; pools closed Jan-Feb; hot tubs open year round)  
\-Soundfront Pier with kayak/paddleboard launch area  
\-Each building is equipped with an elevator  
\-Private beach access  
\-Outdoor park grill area with picnic tables  
\-Security on site much of the season

\-Parking Allowance is for Two Vehicles Only.

\-Even though this is a keyless rental, you MUST stop at the Emerald Isle Rental Office for your check in packet with parking pass.

Ocean Club S204 is a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the Soundfront of Indian Beach with excellent views of the sound and community access to a kayak launch and fishing pier!  
  
Bedroom #1 with King Bed, TV, Private Bath. Bedroom #2 with Queen Bed, TV, access to Shared Bath. Bonus Room with Twin over Twin Bunk and Twin Bed, TV, access to Shared Bath.  
  
Amenities include: 4 TVs, High-Speed Wireless Internet; Fully-Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Stove/Oven, Refrigerator, Microwave, and Dishwasher; In-Unit Washer/Dryer; Covered Porch with Furniture.  
  
Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.  
  
NO SMOKING.  
  
NO PETS.  
  
Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. In 2025 Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance Year-Round. In 2026 Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance year-round.  
  
Please Note:  
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.  
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.

#### Great Trip

We had a great time on our stay.For the condo- I might note to future guests that the bunkroom switch needs to stay on for the router/modem to work. Also, I wish there were Kleenex (allergy season). The cleaner accidentally came in at 9am, when checkout was at 10. The pools and beach was wonderful. We had the perfect weather. Overall a great experience & a great time. We will definitely come back.
