« Room was fantastic; bed extremely comfortable, hot tub very relaxing. Water in the hot tub needs to be changed more frequently and the room needed a more thorough cleaning, lots of spider webs and the fan threw dust everywhere when we turned it on. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we would consider coming back in the future. »

« Overall terrific. Chatted with owner and she was very friendly. Only drawbacks were no real food prep area (though I’m sure that was stated on listing ) and a small deck to look out to the ocean Would have been nice. There were a couple of chairs. Would definitely stay again. »

« Location is the highlight of this Gualala studio. The stairs faded quickly into the spectacular views. This is a special retreat from the ordinary. Miren is a fantastic host, her knowledge of the area, attention to detail & warm hospitality all a highlight of our stay. We spent 3 nights & explored nearby, but the Anchor Bay beach below this studio makes this location a place of pure contentment, no need to roam. We hope to return. »

« There was no heater in the house and as note in my questionnaire we were all 3 in our 80 and 70 No heat was mentioned This person that kept checking on us Vancasa knew nothing about the house. We did not have TV because there were no instructions. No information sheets about what to do upon checking out . This has never happened to me with a VRBO normally everything is typed out and very easy for our stay. Excellent clean kitchen, with everything you might need to cook with. »
