The building is old but the space is modern and spotless. Really cute inside with all of the amenities you could want. There was even cooking spices and oil in case we wanted to cook at night. You do have to walk up a flight of stairs to get there. My son slept on the pull out sofa, and he said it was very comfortable, I slept in the bed, and the mattress was a little bit firm for my liking, but I was able to sleep. Most other people would probably think it’s fine. The air conditioning kept the space very comfortable in spite of sweltering heat outside. The location is within a short walk of Trolley Square which has some shopping and several restaurants. It’s also very close to several grocery stores, including Whole Foods, Sprouts, and Trader Joe’s. The neighborhood felt very safe. There was offstreet parking available as well. We went on several excursions during our stay and accessing everything was relatively straightforward and easy. Parking is very limited on the premises and difficult if you have a large vehicle. We struggled to park our F150 truck. Also, the mattress is VERY firm. I like a firm mattress by to this one was a bit too much. I would stay here again as these were minor nits compared to property quality overall. ##### Nicole O.
