Utah is a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare, but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property. This was the cleanest property through a booking site that I've ever stayed at. Please check the windows, though. I checked all windows for security purposes upon arrival, and they were all unlocked and the one in the bedroom wouldn't even latch. This can be a very concerning since the window is ground-level.
