Located in East Sandy. 18 minutes from Snowbird and Alta. 34 minutes Brighton. Very lush property facing Dimple Dell Park which is a well known horse recreation and hiking areas. Deer in the yard daily. Over 2000 square feet of space to relax and play in. Seasonal Community pool access (Memorial through Labor Day) and amenities which includes basketball court, playground, picnic area and horse stables. It was a bit on the cold side to spend time outside, but the yard and deck looked nice if it were a bit warmer. There was plenty of linens to go around and great laundry appliances just in case. Everything was perfect for us. We saw wildlife right outside in the park across the street. This place is great.
