on 1.75 acres of land, at the top of the Olympus Cove. This luxury estate

offers unmatched privacy and tranquility, with breathtaking views of the Salt

Lake Valley. It is ideal for a private sanctuary, family gathering and ski

lovers. It’s just 17 minutes from downtown and 15-25 minutes from Utah’s top

ski resorts. Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway with your family

or an exciting home base for exploring Utah, this estate has everything you

need. Our Short-Term License only permits a maximum of 8 related adults and of

course, plus Children Allowed. We have 13 beds for the whole family.

estate manager (handyman)who resides in separate quarters on the property. He

ensures the grounds, heated pool, and spa remain in perfect condition

throughout your stay. Guests have loved his warm hospitality and attentive

support, whether it’s helping with the technology in the home, offering

guidance on how to use amenities, or quickly addressing any unexpected needs.



Your privacy is fully respected: he does not enter the main home unless

requested. Think of him as your personal estate concierge: available when you

need him, invisible when you don’t.
