This new one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is the perfect base for exploring all that the area has to offer. With a hot tub (open year round), pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), 24 hour gym, incredible clubhouse, outdoor lounge area, you'll be sure to create some unforgettable memories while you're in town. As you enter the apartment, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting living room, complete with a comfortable sofa (that pulls out into a queen bed, complete with comfy foam pad) and additional couch, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or business meetings. The large windows let in plenty of natural light. Head straight outside to enjoy the cool night air on your private patio. The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including brand new appliances such as stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. The quartz island features bar seating, which allows 4 people to sit comfortably, making it the ideal spot for enjoying meals together. The bedroom is a cozy and comfortable retreat, with a queen-size bed dressed in soft linens and pillows. The room also features a large closet, providing ample storage space for your belongings. You'll appreciate the peaceful and quiet atmosphere, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We also have an air mattress available for additional guests. The bathroom is bright and clean, with a combination shower/tub, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries. You'll appreciate the convenience of having everything you need at your fingertips. We needed something close to the freeway with easy access to businesses and healthcare facilities that we frequented daily in Sandy, Utah. We also needed a building and an apartment with no stairs. This place hit the mark on location and ADA access.The building we were in - Building B - was a short walk to the clubhouse, pool, mailbox area, and gym. However, weather condition conditions often thwarted our intent to spend time in those common areas because there was no covered access to get from Building B to Building A. So just consider that if you’re planning to be staying for a while and want to get out of the apartment and don’t want to walk in bad weather. The apartment was nicely decorated. It could have used some additional kitchen utensils and cutlery. It was relatively clean, but due to the dust that blows down from the mountains into that highway/valley corridor, the patio and windows were extremely dirty. We washed the window windows so we could see out. We also experienced noise and rumbling from being close to the freeway.The biggest bummer was the common area entrance from the parking lot to the apartment. It was kind of depressing. Just concrete floors that were stained from pet urine, and like a wind tunnel going from the elevator down the hall to the apartment. While the walking space was covered overhead, it was a long cold walk from the parking lot to the apt. ##### Marie S.
