Overnight guests not included in the booking are subject to additional nightly fees of $100 per guest. 8\. NO PARTIES. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm. Any noise violation or disturbance involving your guest(s) will result in a fine of $500. \-If you have an unapproved party (community rules or noise violation with more than 2 guests), there is a minimum fine of $1000\. You also agree to pay any additional fines associated with the party, that may be levied on Grand Road by the apartment management and/or other authorities. The hosts were very responsive and went above and beyond, even providing concierge service, so that I could celebrate my boyfriend's birthday upon our late-night arrival. We started each morning with coffee on the balcony, overlooking the Capital and mountains, and ended our days by taking advantage of the pool and hot tub before calling it a night.
