Overnight guests not included in the booking are subject to additional nightly fees of $100 per guest. 8\. NO PARTIES. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm. Any noise violation or disturbance involving your guest(s) will result in a fine of $500. \-If you have an unapproved party (community rules or noise violation with more than 2 guests), there is a minimum fine of $1000\. You also agree to pay any additional fines associated with the party, that may be levied on Grand Road by the apartment management and/or other authorities. Grand Road pursues criminal and civil action as appropriate for egregious violations. 9\. Resident amenities such as the pool, gym, conference & common areas, etc., may be unavailable due to maintenance, repair, or other reasons at the sole discretion of apartment management. All guests acknowledge that Grand Road does not control the availability of the complex’s amenities and guests are not entitled to refunds or discounts based on availability of amenities. 10\. Grand Road or the apartment management may enter the property in cases where it is urgently necessary to maintain/repair the property, address a safety issue, or comply with local, state, or federal law. The garage was a little tricky, but directions and instructions were explained in detail. The only downside was the homeless people, not a lot but wasn’t expecting that. I felt like apartment was safe. Although we didn’t get to spend a lot of time there it was a great stay and nice views from the 6th floor. ##### Robert B. The available cooking utensils (non scratched pans, no spatula...) could be upgraded. Otherwise very nice location, security, and apartment.Not the owners fault but another resident directly adjacent and immediately to the left from the elevator's, left two trashcan's in the hallway that apparently contained rotting broccoli and the smell overwhelmed the hallway and apartment from Saturday thru Monday of our stay. ##### Donald D.
