If the cans are not down at the curb, please take them down and bring them back up on Friday after they have been emptied. • There are interconnected smoke alarms throughout the house, as well as a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink for your safety. • The A/C unit is brand new. To keep it running smoothly, please don’t adjust the temperatures above 70°F for heat or below 72°F for air conditioning. Lowering the air conditioning too much can freeze the coils, rendering it inoperable. • The outdoor heater is available for your use in the backyard and runs off a propane tank. If you have any issues or questions, please let us know, and remember to turn off the propane when you’re done. • For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed to monitor the areas around the house and the garage. Easy to access the mall and other shopping, (e.g., asian food markets), aquarium, theater... and easy access to SLC by car or light rail if we needed. We almost ventured out on the light rail for an NHL game, but opted for the late night ikea wander instead. Our kids really enjoyed their personal space and entertainment in the basement and the overall space was clean, pleasant and very comfortable. ##### cayce m. The view was incredible. The dogs loved the big grassy yard. The kids loved the yard but the climbing wall was a huge hit and all the toys and the hidden room. The adult kids loved the video games. There was a trail right to the house which was great for walking the dogs. The house is right next to train tracks but it is a commuter train and didn’t bother us at all. Freeways, Restaurants and the mountains were all close by we were able to be up skiing in 30 minutes and lots of stuff less than 5 minutes to grab a quick bite or shop. The house inside was done very nicely with wonderful appliances. The downside was the summer heat of more than 100 degrees outside and the main level of the home could not stay at a low level during the night so it made for difficult sleep.
