Main floor features a newly remodeled kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The beautifully remodeled basement features a cozy TV room with a fireplace, perfect for movie or game nights, as well as the master suite with fireplace and spa bathroom. Unwind after a long day on the slopes in the master spa bathroom, enjoying the infrared sauna and rainfall shower. When the weather is nice, step outside and enjoy an evening on the front patio by the fire pit. High speed Wi-Fi included and smart TVs throughout to watch Netflix, Hulu, etc. Guest Access: Guests have access to entire home, except the garage. Parking on site for up to three vehicles. The bungalow is centrally, located close to Salt Lake City And a short drive will land you in Park city. Don’t forget to check out the neighborhood park area.
