Contact information will be provided after booking. \-We offer 24/7 messaging but cannot always offer maintenance or staff to attend after 5 pm or before 9 am. Other Things to Note: 1.This property is professionally managed by Rockie Ridge Rentals to ensure a smooth and reliable stay. 2.This home is perfectly situated to explore everything Salt Lake City has to offer: 10 minutes to downtown’s restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. 30-40 minutes to world-class ski resorts like Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, and Brighton. 35 minutes to Park City and 60 minutes to Sundance. 10 minutes to mountain biking and hiking trails. Convenient bus routes make ski trips hassle-free. House Rules: 1.Quiet Hours: No loud music or parties; quiet hours start at 10 PM. 2.No Pets or Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the property. 3.Community Access: Guests cannot use the community gym or clubhouse. 4.Damage Policy: Charges apply for damage or missing items. 5.Check-In/Out: must be approved and cannot be guaranteed 6.Booking Requirement: Must be 21 or older to book.
