We enjoyed having parking and it only takes about 5 minutes to drive to the freeway, giving quick access to getting around the Salt Lake Valley. It's also a quick drive up the hill to the Zoo, and close to the Sugar House neighborhood which has lots of cute little cafes. It is on the intersection of two main roads, so it's a little noisy with cars going by, but if you're used to being in the city, it's nothing crazy. The accommodation was clean and the host was quick to answer any communications (we locked ourselves out and they answered within five minutes!)
