We enjoyed the balcony and having large screen tvs in both the living area and bedroom. The apartment is in an area downtown undergoing urban renewal and there are many homeless on the streets. But the security of this building is OUTSTANDING. We opted for the underground parking. That combined with security key fobs for the elevator and doors made our stay safe and relaxing. Check-in was cumbersome and not digital, but again I was willing to look past that given the price. Unfortunately, the condition of the unit was unacceptable. The floors were black and sticky, the bathmat was clearly unwashed, and dirty laundry was left in the bedroom. There was an overwhelming smell of strong cleaner inside, while the common areas smelled of drugs. Basic items like washcloths were missing, the washer smelled too bad to use, and animal hair was built up along the baseboards.
