Step into this newly decorated space making you feel like you're in the comfort of your own home. You'll love the central location of this house - within walking distance of public transportation and minutes from downtown, the airport, and ski resorts/mountains. \-Driveway Parking / Ample Street Parking (Perfect for campers or trailers) \-Washer & Dryer in house \-flex bedroom + 3 bedrooms \-Fenced Backyard \-In homework areas The space The entire house is yours to enjoy! (Garage is for the owner only and not accessible to guests) Be sure to take advantage of the peaceful backyard and manicured yard. Guest access You are welcome to park in the driveway where you will have covered parking or feel free to open the gate and park in the backyard. Other things to note Utah is a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare, but are possible.
