(Garage is for the owner only and not accessible to guests) Be sure to take advantage of the peaceful backyard and manicured yard. Other things to note Utah is a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa.
