The couch had tears in it, the couch pillows were torn with stuffing coming out, the door into the master had cracks/holes in it, the downstairs bathroom had a hole in the wall from the door handle. Outside of that all of the finishing felt as cheap as could be….from sheets to blankets to toilet paper. The kitchen lacked basic supplies like a pasta strainer or a baking sheet large enough to cook a pizza. The grill on the patio did not have a starter in it to light. This property requires significant maintenance and upgrade investment to bring it up to even an average standard. The only plus for this property was the location. It was wonderful. Enough room for everyone without stepping on toes. And it was within 10 to 20min from stores and restaurants. Very clean property. ##### Amber K. Great location convenient for either Big or Little Cottonwood Canyon resorts. Furniture etc not all updated but this condo is priced accordingly. Private hot tub was great after a day of skiing! We would stay there again and Drew and his team were great to work with. ##### Kent I. The quality of location cannot be overstated. Brighton/Solitude were only 25-30 minutes away and Snowbird/Alta were only 15-20 minutes away. We were walking distance to 3 restaurants and we thoroughly enjoyed each of them. It was really nice to leave the car in the garage for the night. Plenty of space in the unit and all 4 of us got our own bedroom. Highly recommend! ##### Anthony R.
