Beautiful, clean, stylish, townhouse with easy freeway access to both I-15 and I-215\. You\`ll love the updated finishes, quartz countertops, fresh clean linens, oversized master-bedroom, two car garage and a family-friendly safe neighborhood. Close to dog parks, walking trails, Historic Gardner Village, restaurants, Top-Golf, grocery stores, hospitals, shopping and more.  
  
Large king bed with en-suite in the master bedroom and queen bed with walk-in closet in the other room. Built in speaker system to play music throughout the whole house. 2.5 bathrooms, gated front yard -- great for dogs!  
  
Entire unit.  
  
I\`m happy to be available when needed. I love meeting my guests and welcoming them to the neighborhood upon request :)  
  
Quiet, safe neighborhood close to both I-15 and I-215\. Centrally located with easy access to Historic Gardner Village, Jordan River walking trail, bike paths, golf courses, Top-Golf, Winco grocery store, gas stations, restaurants and more!  
  
Two car garage with additional parking in back and front of the townhome. Large trucks and RV\`s can park in front along the main street with no restrictions.
