Close to many venues, shopping centers, parks, hospitals and has easy access to the freeway. Within walking distance to a Trax Station that can transport. The house includes multiple TVs, high speed internet, a washer and dryer, and fully fenced back yard...perfect for children and pets. One of the 5 bedrooms is set aside as an office with a desk, chair and bookshelf. There is also a crib on site for a traveling family with very young children. The backyard is fully fenced in with one gate that can be locked. There is a backyard patio, with a grill, with a table and chairs. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the freeway, restaurants, shopping, movie theaters and skiing. Less than 25 minutes to downtown SLC, the airport and ski resorts.
