Owner-operated for affordability, and located next to the spectacularly scenic Wasatch Mountains, ski resorts and city amenities. The home can be rented on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. 8 beds total. 1 queen and 2 single in master bedroom. 2nd bedroom 2 queen beds. 3rd. bedroom has 1 double and 1 single bed. 4th bedroom in basement has 1 double bed. Each bedroom has small TV with Stick. Ping pong table located in unfinished basement. Tile throughout kitchen area and hall. Gas stove. Cathedral ceilings in living room and master bedroom. Hot tub on deck with with deer and elk on the hill at times. Mountain views from master bedroom. At Christmas time the house is decorated and with a 9 foot tree. Excellent snow removal plan. Just a sidenote, the fourth bedroom is in an unfinished basement, but the bedroom itself was finished and comfortable. The other bedrooms were upstairs and were great for what we needed.
