Welcome to Union Duplex (Grove and Meadows homes) - You'll love this duplex/twin home lodging option if you're a family or group and want to be together, but also have your privacy. Both homes are connected to each other with a common area green space and picnic area right next door within the community. Please be aware there is no interior connecting door. Kids can play in the park area, have a picnic, sit in both hot tubs, while families can gather inside separately or together and enjoy a great location close to the beautiful Cottonwood Canyons / ski areas and endless shopping options nearby. Convenient freeway access and walking distance to restaurants. The two homes each have a private deck, a private hot tub, 2-car garages, and plenty of space for 16-22 people. Available year-round. Parking of 2 compact cars in each garage, and 2 cars on each driveway. No street or curb parking, so please plan accordingly. In addition to this side-by-side duplex, there is an additional 3 bedroom home directly across the street that can also be rented together or separate. When renting all three homes together, you can accommodate 34 people. If you need accommodations for even more people, you have the option of renting 9 total homes in this private community. Contact us for availability and to make arrangements. Renting all the homes together makes for a perfect home base for a family reunion or family gathering for any special occasion, family vacation, 50th wedding anniversary celebration, or a group ski vacation. This home is dog-friendly, with a $100 fee per dog. No cats. Please make the appropriate selection at check-out or inform us directly. We appreciated having the basement for the kids to play in. They loved the pool table and hot tub. There were 2 extra mattress in the closet that we used and were grateful for. Unfortunately, one side of the complex didn’t have ac all week. They provided some portable ac and fans but that wasn’t enough to keep it cool during the day. Second, after the first night, we were putting the pull up bed back in and noticed one of the legs was broken, which caused us to not be able to fold up the bed. We took the remaining legs off so it wouldn’t damage the couch further. This was made aware to the property owner immediately. After our stay they said we were going to have to pay for the couch even though we didn’t break it. Won’t be staying here in the future. ##### Chris J. Everyone enjoyed hot tubs, pool table, foosball, and ping pong in addition to many near by dining options. Only challenges were the air conditioning and televisions - rather warm at night except for the master bedroom and the only tv we finally figured out how to operate was in the living room. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of quality linens were provided. We also appreciated the very easy access to the walking track.
