The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning in both the living room and the bedrooms, as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available. Your private outdoor area includes a pool (which can be heated for an extra fee), an open terrace, a covered terrace and a barbecue. The property is a 5-minute drive from Salobreña, and only 10 minutes from Almuñécar and Motril. Granada can be reached in less than an hour's drive. Please note that in order to comply with Spanish rental laws (Royal Decree 933/2021), all guests of 14 years of age or older will be required to provide identification (passport or identity card) information, home address, contact phone number and email address.
