Discover your holiday refuge in this charming chalet located in Monte de los Almendros, in Salobreña! This beautiful villa is the perfect place to enjoy an unforgettable vacation on the Costa Tropical, surrounded by nature and with spectacular views of the sea and the Salobreña castle.  
  
The chalet has a large garden that will allow you to enjoy the outdoors and the tranquility that the environment offers. With capacity for a maximum of 6 people, it is ideal for families or groups of friends. It has two bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable double bed, one of them is open concept with a small living room, whose sofa bed can accommodate two more people, offering flexibility and comfort for all guests.  
  
The interior of the chalet is warm and cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare delicious meals.  
The house has two terraces, each one of approximately 30 m². The lower terrace is covered, which will allow you to enjoy the outdoor space at any time of the day, as well as both offer panoramic views that will leave you breathless.  
  
The services offered by the Monte de los Almendros chalet development are diverse. In the center of the urbanization, you will find an exclusive recreational area for owners and guests, which includes two community pools where you can cool off and relax in the sun. There is also a tennis court and a natural grass indoor soccer field, ideal for sports lovers. If you are looking to stay active, the biohealthy area has exercise machines in a natural environment, perfect for exercising outdoors.
