Villa Dolce Bellezza is modern and charming with a wonderful view of the lake. 12 beds, 1 swimming pool with lake view and a hydromassage tub in the middle of a park of approximately 4800 m2\.   
  
Located in the panoramic area of Salò, 5 km from the centre, Dolce Bellezza is ideal for a relaxing but also fun family holiday, with the guarantee of privacy and tranquility.   
  
 The villa has been completely renovated, has modern architecture and has been designed with great attention to detail for the comfort and well-being of the residents. The finishes and design underline the good taste and quality of Made in Italy.   
  
Another strong point of this structure is that it is made up of 3 independent but communicating apartments, allowing different family groups to share a holiday with the comfort of independence and privacy but enjoying large and comfortable common spaces that will provide unforgettable moments. . There are a studio and a two-room apartment on the ground floor and a four-room apartment on the upper floor.   
  
From every point of the villa you can enjoy an exceptional view of the lake.   
  
In the garden there are numerous relaxation areas with sofas, a well-equipped outdoor kitchen, a large and modern barbecue, a newly built private swimming pool with a comfortable access staircase and a beautiful lake view, a solarium equipped with sun loungers. There is also a 6 person hot tub. The park of approximately 4800 m2 is well looked after and very pleasant and invites you to relax and play outdoors.

- Rooms: 12 sleeps in 5 spacious rooms. On the ground floor there is a studio apartment with a double bed, air conditioning, access to the garden, a spacious bedroom with a double bed in the two-room apartment with a view of the lake and the garden. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the second floor there is a family suite with direct access to the garden, consisting of 2 rooms, a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, lake view and a connecting room with a double sofa bed and en-suite bathroom. The fifth bedroom with a double bed is on the second floor with an adjacent bathroom, lake view and air conditioning.
  
- Bathrooms: There are 5 bathrooms in total. All bathrooms are new, modern, spacious and carefully finished. 4 bathrooms have a shower and one has a hydromassage tub.
  
- Kitchens: there are 4 modern kitchens fully equipped with large and small appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, hob, toaster, crockery, pans and Pans. Tool. There is a kitchen in each apartment, plus a small but well-designed dedicated outdoor kitchen.
- Indoor and outdoor dining: Each apartment has a dining table and in the garden under the veranda there is a large table, ideal for sharing good Italian cuisine. New and large gas grill.
  
- Lounge: Seating and conversation areas as well as relaxation areas in the various lounges of the villa. Ac in living room on first floor.
  
- Swimming pool: New and modern swimming pool surrounded by lush vegetation, with a wonderful lake view, comfortable stairs to access the water, solarium with sun loungers.
  
- Garden: Approximately 4800 m2 of well-kept garden decorated with magnificent flowers, aromatic plants, olive trees, fruit trees and other centuries-old plants.
  
- Media: 2 televisions in the living rooms of the villa, with HD flat screen, Astra satellite, USB connection.
  
- WIFI: WIFI included in every internal and external space.
