(2,003 reviews) I am writing to express my disappointment with the front desk clerk, DESIREE, I received during my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, the experience was frustrating and unacceptable. At check-in, the front desk attendant was rude and dismissive. Instead of offering assistance or a warm welcome, we were met with unprofessional behavior that set a very negative tone for our stay. To make matters worse, our room was not ready until 6:00 PM, well past the standard check-in time. We were not offered any explanation, apology, or compensation for the delay. After waiting for hours, we were finally informed that the room was ready, only to find that our key did not work. This caused even more inconvenience and wasted time. Overall, this experience fell far below the level of service one should expect from a hotel. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address the issues raised, especially the attitude and professionalism of your front desk staff. The room is gorgeous. We like to have a suite. The room is well decorated, comfy couch and nice bar area. Great bed and bedding. Very quiet. Restaurant was great we went both nights. We will def be back. Loved it.
