With high speed internet, this beachfront condo is perfect for a staycation, work-from-home alternative or beach getaway with family and friends. Our beach house is perfectly situated for a peaceful getaway with easy access to Salem, Massachusetts. Just a 45 minute drive or a 30-minute train ride away from the Newburyport train station, it’s a great spot for exploring the town’s rich history, folklore, and unique shops. After a day of sightseeing, you can unwind at our comfortable beach retreat—ideal for recharging and enjoying the coast. Whether you're visiting Salem or simply looking for a quiet place by the water, our home offers the best of both worlds. This 2nd floor 650 sqft apartment comfortably sleeps 4 with one queen size bed and a “twin over twin” bunk bed and up to 6 including the full sized pullout sofa. This open concept apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, gas stove and offers a wall AC unit, one complimentary parking spot, shared gas grill & a hot/cold outdoor shower. Sit out on the back deck and enjoy as the sunset goes down over the marsh. This condo is a short car ride to Hampton Beach, a premier resort town in New Hampshire boasting a wide variety of activities for all ages (nightly concerts, arcades, restaurants, mini-golf, water activities, fireworks and more) and is rated among the top 3 cleanest beaches in the U.S. Also locally are the quaint seaside towns of Newburyport, MA and Portsmouth, NH and outlet shopping in beautiful Kittery, M.E. It was a perfect size for our family of 4 and our small dog. There are AC units in the living room and main bedroom but not in the bunkbed bedroom but the temperature at night was cool so it was not an issue for us. The location was perfect - close to the beach and to the center of town. We walked everywhere and had no need to move the car. Overall, the place was a good fit for us for a labor day weekend. ##### Gis N. We rented both units and to have it pet friendly was a plus for us. The owner is great with communication and answered any questions we had. The kitchen was not well stocked to allow for actual cooking. The grill was coated in grease so that it was unusable. The entrances to the house were overgrown with weeds. There are really no restaurants within walking distance. Beach food is handy, but not our thing. I would not stay here again. ##### Daniel G. Owner very responsive and gave alot of great ideas on places to go out to eat in the area. But kitchen fully stocked so you can eat in too. We had a lovely mid Summer week! On rainy days lots of places to go exploring in the area! So I would not cancel if bad weather is forecasted , Steps from beach and quiet neighborhood. Michael was amazing in accommodating our needs.Location was perfect and literally a minute walk to beach.Only downfall was the mattresses which could use a matress topper and cleanliness could of been better .Other than that we will be back next year:)Had an amazing time and created memories to last a lifetime. ##### Julie H.
