« Great location for a family event! »

« Beautiful, large Spanish-style villa in nice neighborhood, near Spanish Bay. Beds very comfortable and well appointed. Nice putting green and fire-pit in yard. Kitchen and baths all worked well. On the negative side, we found the garbage in the back to be overflowing onto the ground, and the Green Egg barbecue was not prepared to use. I had to clean it out in order to use it. »

« We had such a wonderful time at this property. Kids loved the pool, miniature golf and especially the playground. We looked forward to our walks in the morning and at Sunset. So gorgeous. I already miss it. Look forward to staying again. House had dvds and was immaculate and I’m very picky. Thank you for sharing such a magical place. »

« Beds were so comfortable (1 queen & 1 king). The black out shades on every window and door make it so wonderful for sleeping in. There are no stairs inside of this unit so there’s less worry when the kids were playing inside. Theres 2 pull out couch beds and plenty of room for everyone. This unit is our favorite we’ve stayed in at SeaScape & we’ve been coming every summer for years. »

I think it would be helpful to clarify the bedrooms and bathrooms a little more clearly in the description. Also a few ammenities are not working or not yet completed. Patios on the grass are perfect for playing games or enjoying the sunshine, and it is just a quick walk to the beach. This rental is clean and accommodated. The layout is also somewhat unique, in that it has an additional den area. Great for families. »

« It was easy to rent and reasonably priced. Noisy at night for the couple who took the hide a bed in the living room because we guess storage for events are right underneath our unit and it kept them up for many hours late at night. »

« The house although beautiful and well built was in pretty rough shape. The AC, hotter, ice maker and appliances did not work. Gate didn't work, we were able to patch it together. »
