Impossible de dormir
L'hôtel est situé juste à côté de l'autoroute 101 qui relie San Francisco à Los Angeles. On entendait le bruit des autos et nombreux camions toute la nuit. On avait l'impression d'être dans le milieu de l'autoroute!!! On n'a pas réussi à dormir de la nuit. Les matelas étaient dû à être changés et la propreté laissait à désirer. Je ne le recommande pas du tout.

Vraiment pas terrible
Accueil assez sympathique Toute la nuit, on entend les voitures et les voisins. Sinon chambre pas très propre (cheveux dans la salle de bain) et moquette sale et très petite (pas de place pour les valises). La literie est aussi trop molle. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment simple et la salle est trop petite. Les tables ne sont pas nettoyées. La piscine est belle mais impossible de s’y baigner car très froids alors que nous avions 39 degrés dehors. Les places de parking sont pas assez nombreuses et beaucoup de sans abris autour.

I had called earlier in the day at about 1pm, letting them know that we would be driving in late between midnight and 1am. The girl I talked to over the phone stated that wouldn’t be a problem and she’d make a note for us. We get there about 1am and everything is locked and no one is at the counter. We stand around calling for about 30mins and then decide to find a room else where. Very frustrating to be told that it wouldn’t be an issue to be there late and then to have no one there to check us in. Will never be booking here again.

When I arrived around 7 o’clock at night, the lobby was locked and there is a paper on the door say will be back in 15 mins, but a lady told be that she had already waiting outside for an hour. Then we wait for another 20 mins, nobody came nor answer the phone. Finally a lady came back and opened the door for us with no explanation or apology.

The lady who checked us in was friendly and efficient, giving suggestions for restaurants. There were many homeless around property and going through the parking lot. Worse was that I killed one live bedbug on the curtain. I saw no others. Also, the bottom bedsheet was badly stained in several places. When I reported this to the front desk, the man on duty had no apologies. He took me to where the clean sheets were kept, looked through them and said there were no more clean fitted bottom king-size sheets! So, he gave me a flat queen-size sheet to use. The overall appearance of our room was that it needed refreshing such as new carpet, wall repairs, and painting.

When I checked in the card, key machine was broken so I didn't have a key for a day!! Talk about inconvenience. Also, I told them since they didn't have a door tag I didn't want my room cleaned.!!!! And did they listen. No they still cleaned it. I didn't want them in my room.!!! Bad communication!!! Will never stay there again!! Brian Gullo is useless won't even return my call!!
