Sweeping views of the Arkansas River and Riverside Park's cottonwood trees dancing lightly on the breeze provide vital, if not hypnotic, contrast. Salida was formerly known as South Arkansas until Governor Hunt passed through in 1880 on his way back from a trip to Mexico and suggested the name. \*This condo is located in the heart of downtown Salida. There are working restaurants and bars in the area. Be prepared for a truly urban experience. This suite offers: \-Spectacular views of Riverside Park \-King Size Bed \-Free High Speed Internet \-Fully Stocked Kitchenette \-Black Out Blinds \-3/4 Bath \-Ceiling Fan \-Air Conditioning \-Street Parking \-Please note- there is not an elevator in this building. All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchenette, towels and linens.
