The light and airy interior is beautifully finished, featuring stylish furnishings and all the amenities required for up to 6 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay in the city, including free Wifi. You will be within easy reach of both Manchester city centre and Salford - The perfect city base! The Space: This beautiful 3 bedroom apartment is set within a modern development within easy reach of central Manchester. The stylish interior has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings and modern appliances throughout. The open plan living area features floor to ceiling windows, bathing the room in natural light. The space comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa, armchair and smart TV. There is superfast (400MBPS) broadband throughout the apartment. The 3 generous bedrooms feature plenty of storage space for clothes and comfortable beds with crisp hotel linen. There are 2 modern family bathrooms, both with showers (and 1 with a bath), toilets and sinks, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. Guest Access: Guests have sole access to all parts of the property. The Neighborhood: Located between central Manchester and Salford, at about 25 minutes walk in either direction, this is the perfect base to explore all that Manchester has to offer. On your doorstep there are a number of cafe's, restaurants and shops, however for more choice, Central Manchester is just a short drive or bus ride away. There is a large Sainsburys supermarket just 2 minutes from the apartment. Getting Around: Central Manchester and Central Salford can both be reached in around 25 minutes on foot, or a short drive or bus journey. Manchester Piccadilly train station is a 15 minute taxi ride. Other Things to Note: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 6 people. Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance. If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee. May 26, 2025 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### The worse place we have ever been to. Literally this place is the worse!! We could smell the dust and see the dirt in the whole house! Dirty sheets dirty floors and the dust is unbearable!! The communication with whoever is running this place is horrible as well. And never gets a straight answer on anything. The area is very bad and its literally in front of a gas station and clearly you can hear till 3:00 am in the morning people talking and laughing outside and next to the apartment. Bathroom smells like mold and I can go on and on about how bad this place is.
