### Pisacane Loft Holiday House
The Pisacane Loft holiday home is located in a quiet residential area of Salerno, a few meters from the sea, in the Torrione district. The structure, recently restored and finely furnished, is on the first floor of a building, with elevator, positioned on a luxuriant and luxuriant tree-lined avenue parallel to the Marconi promenade. The strategic position of the structure allows, in addition to the possibility of enjoying the nearby sea, to reach in a few minutes the center of Salerno with a pleasant walk.
Pisacane Loft is a newly completed open space structure consisting of a living room, accessorised kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, all functionally and tastefully furnished with all the accessories and equipment for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Ideal for couples and families with children.
In particular, our guests will find TV, wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator, induction hob, coffee machine with pods, air conditioning and heating throughout the building to enjoy maximum comfort both in the summer and in the summer winter.
In the living room, moreover, our guests can enjoy a very comfortable sofa bed for two children. The use of the structure is advisable for two adults and two children. The structure is not recommended for 4 adults.
The apartment is equipped with a welcome set for breakfast, bed linen and towels, soaps and shampoos.
Assistance during booking, check-in and during the stay will be continuously insured to provide all the information and details of the area to guests. A cleaning service is available on request during the entire stay.The property has a parking space for guests located in the condominium courtyard.
In conclusion, the main objective of Pisacane Loft is to offer a valid, functional and comfortable accommodation proposal for those wishing to visit Salerno and its interesting province for tourism, leisure, work, and business by making guests feel at home.
The payment of the tourist tax to be settled directly at the check-in thus provided for is provided as per resolution of the Municipality of Salerno:
Euro 1.5 per person per day from October 1st until January 31st next year up to a maximum of 7 nights
Euro 1.0 per person per day for the remaining period of the year up to a maximum of 7 nights
Minors within the 12 year are exempt
The host of Pisacane Loft has matured since 2017 a consolidated experience in the management of a holiday home in San Donato Milanese (www. Cozypenthouse. Com) receiving valid and unanimous appreciation and recognition for the level of treatment of the service provided. Even for Pisacane Loft the same criteria and methodologies will be applied in the management of the holiday home and guests will be assisted from the early stages of the booking, at check-in and check-out, providing them with all the logistical information necessary for a pleasant stay.
The structure is located in the Torrione district a short distance from the center of Salerno, a few meters from the sea where there are bathing establishments, equipped beaches, tennis courts and the communal swimming pool.
In the neighborhood there are all the services, shops, pizzerias, restaurants and in the immediate vicinity there is a characteristic local market.
The Fort La Carnale, a small fortress built on the coast, dominates the neighborhood.
The central position of the structure allows you to easily reach shops, bars, local trattorias and bus stops for Amalfi, Positano, Ravello, Pompeii, Paestum as well as the Salerno railway station and the tourist port of Piazza della Concordia where the departures regular ferries to the most famous resorts of the Amalfi and Cilento coast, including Capri.
The Salerno train station, the suburban bus station and the tourist port of Piazza della Concordia are less than 15 minutes walk from Pisacane Loft.
The main port where ferries leave for Sicily and other islands of the Gulf of Salerno and Naples is about 3 km from Pisacane Loft.
The city bus service allows you to reach the various points of the city; however given the central position of the structure it is possible to reach the main destinations of the city on foot.
The light rail is available to reach the eastern part of the city and the city center. The Torrione metro station is 750 meters from Pisacane Loft.

#### Salerno war eine Reise wert
Wir waren im Pisacane Loft sehr gut untergebracht! Salerno war in den Osterferien ein prima Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen - man kann alles öffentlich erreichen von hier aus. Wenn dazu noch die Wohnung absolut stimmt und sehr hilfsbereite, freundliche Menschen (Herzlichen Dank nochmal an Morena und Alferio!) sofort helfen, wenn es ein Problem gibt (mit der Wohnung gab es aber keines), dann ist alles bereitet für einen tollen Urlaub! Die Wohnung empfehlen wir für Paare absolut weiter! Die Gegend ist zu dieser Zeit (Anfang April) prima - im Sommer wäre uns da zu viel los!

Sehr saubere Wohnung mit allem was man so braucht. Sogar nette Kleinigkeiten wie Marmelade, etwas Kaffee, Geschirrspüler-Taps etc waren da. Auch das Bad war sehr sauber ohne Flecken. Verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war prompt. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl, was wie zu Hause.
