Elegant villa with swimming pool in quiet and sunny location in the surroundings of Salemi, ancient and characteristic village in the province of Trapani.  
Outside, the house is surrounded by a splendid garden which hosts a beautiful swimming pool with sunbathing terraces, as well as large patios perfect for al-fresco dining and relaxing moments on the typical "bisuoli".  
Consisting of a main unit and a dependance, this villa has been recently renovated and offers welcoming interiors tastefully furnished, which dispose of all the modern comforts. Its position is perfect to visit the most characteristic sites of the western part of Sicily: from the beaches of Marsala, Scopello and Menfi to the Salt pools of Trapani and Paceco, The Belice River Reserve and the Zingaro reserve; from the medieval hamlet of Erice and the historical centre of Trapani to the Sagesta temple, Selinunte and Agrigento.
