Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this spacious and private three-bedroom home features an open floor plan with an upscale kitchen, counter-height seating, coffee bar, dining area, dedicated workspace, and a living room with Smart TV.  
  
Fully appointed modern kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. A dedicated workspace is available perfect for traveling students or professionals.  
  
Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, cozy electric fireplace, children's books & toys, board games, laundry area, and free high-speed WiFi.  
  
Outdoor amenities include private beach access, a large deck overlooking the river, dining & lounge furniture, umbrellas for additional shade, fire pit, hammock, yard games, an outdoor shower, a beautiful front garden, onsite parking, and keyless access.  
  
Please be aware of a weak area of the floor under the green and orange mat when exiting from the left side of the home. We recommend using a different entrance to avoid this area.  
  
Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of the outdoor amenities. Instructions for access, check-in, check-out, and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.
