### La Villa Noémie - À 10mn de Perpignan

Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming, air-conditioned house for rent in the town of Saleilles. With a surface area of 140 m², it can accommodate up to 6 guests. It features a lovely 50 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a garden of approximately 700 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic) is included. We look forward to welcoming you!  
  
The accommodation is laid out as follows:  
On the ground floor:  
\- A 50 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area, and fireplace (wood not provided)  
\- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, and more  
\- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190)  
\- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190)  
\- A veranda to enjoy sunny days  
\- A bathroom with shower  
\- A separate toilet  
  
Upstairs:   
\- Bedroom 3: one double bed (140×190) and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and toilet  
  
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha grill, fan, iron and ironing board.  
  
Outside:  
\- A beautiful enclosed garden of 700 m²  
  
The house is ideally located in Saleilles, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, and a market. ..  
  
Transport:  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (3 vehicles).  
  
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:  
\- Bus service to Perpignan from Saleilles  
\- Nearest train station: Perpignan, 7 miles away  
\- Nearest airport: Perpignan-Rivesaltes, 20 km away  
  
Other remarks:  
\- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
