« Beautiful place to spend Christmas. Serene, with the waves crashing below. It felt very christmassy especially with the tasteful decorations that had been arranged at the property. It has a very well stocked kitchen, is very comfortable and clean – it’s just the perfect to hang out and cook. Lovely walks close by and a shortish stroll in to Salcombe. « We enjoyed a lovely stay in the house with family of all ages. Plenty of bedroom/ bathroom space with a good sized garden and great location. The location is stunning, but need to be aware there are 138 steep steps to get to beaches ( which are fabulous ) and boat to Salcombe! Not a problem with the house but the beach cafe is currently closed and for sale… limiting amount of local places to eat on East Portlemouth side of estuary. Ferry is easy to get to Salcombe And water taxis also...

« This property is ideal for a large family group. We had teens at 16 years to their grandparents at 80 and the house worked well for all of us. The property is clean and well presented but still practical so you can relax in it. It was very well set up in terms of equipment and facilities. The hot tub and sauna were a surprising godsend to our break, giving us plenty of things to do around the house when the weather wasn’t fantastic. « Loads of space, plenty of storage and bathrooms for everyone. Quality towels and bedding. We booked it so that we had parking for our dinghy, we didn't take it down the narrow track to the parking but pulled it off the pavement on to the hard standing at the front of the house. »

« The property has been nicely modernised with a high end kitchen and bathrooms and has a cute sun-trap garden. All three bedrooms are good size although the first floor master has low sloping ceilings which provided a nasty bump on the head on several occasions for two of us! A big plus was that there was always lots of hot water for showers plus there is a washing machine and tumble drier too. « We enjoyed a great weeks holiday at East Winds with our 2 elderly Mums. House is in a great location, easy walk into Salcombe downhill (a bit of a steep climb back!) House was spotless with everything you could need for a self catering stay. « We had an amazing stay for a week in August. The house was immaculate and perfect for family living. Right in the middle of Salcombe within walking distance of everything but discreetly tucked away. Adrian the property host was on hand to help with anything we needed to make it a memorable stay.
