Nautica is a duplex apartment that effortlessly combines luxury with laid-back coastal charm. Every detail has been carefully curated to create a welcoming retreat, perfect for unwinding after days spent exploring the pretty town of Salcombe.  
  
The private balcony is the jewel in Nautica's crown - a sun-drenched spot to savour morning coffee or toast the evening with a glass of something sparkling. With panoramic views that stretch across the estuary, it's the perfect backdrop for creating memories and watching the mesmerising boating activity on the water below. For outside dining guests have the use of the outside kitchen, with a green egg barbecue, ample preperation space for those seafood barbecues, what bliss.  
  
Inside, soft coastal hues, light filled rooms and elegant furnishings create a space that's as stylish as it is inviting. The open-plan living area on the upper floor leading onto the private balcony, is the heart of the apartment, bathed in natural light and offering breathtaking estuary views.
