All on the Ground Floor: Living/dining room: Smart TV, DVD Player Kitchen: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Dishwasher Utility Room: Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Night storage heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Garden with decking, garden furniture and BBQ. Private parking for 2 cars/boat. No smoking. Please note: There are drops in the garden.. Estuary House is a detached property comprising 3 apartments, no. 3 being the garden flat. There are excellent views of South Sands and the estuary from the apartment and the sun deck. This comfortable well equipped property is located a few minutes from South Sands and the SW Coastal Path. During the summer season, a ferry runs from the beach to the town centre (approx. 2 miles by road). These properties are rural, with access via country lanes, with a 20-to-30-minute walk to local town. Free WiFi There will be a linen change for bookings of 14 days or more. If not required please call the office. Please note: There are horizontal railings on the balcony/patio, so we ask that extra care is taken while this area is in use. Children must be supervised on site due to possible safety hazards. There are drops in the garden.
