The location is perfect, minutes from the Old Town of Salamanca. The parking garage is safe and secure and only a 3 minute walk away. The apartment itself is absolutely stellar. Beautifully updated, immaculate, very comfortable and completely stocked with anything you might need. Rocio, the host was wonderful! The apartment is as new with all the facilities and very well equipped. The apartment is very quiet, you wouldn't believe you are in a building with other apartments. The parking in the garage next to the apartment is a must (although at extra cost). City center with all the main attractions at 10 minutes walk. It is very conveniently located and only a 5 minute walk to all the sites in downtown Salamanca. The apartment is on an upper floor of the building so also offers very nice views of Salamanca. Rocio made it extremely easy to coordinate getting into the apartment. Her and her husband's warm greeting and the beautiful condition of the apartment gave us a wonderful first impression of this beautiful city. Muito bem equipado e com a apresentação que se vê nas fotos. A proprietária, Rocio, é uma simpatia e torna ainda mais acolhedora a nossa passagem por esta bonita cidade.
