This is my favorite hotel to go when i'm in Tokyo for a short stay and flying in/out of Narita. The hotel is literally connected to the train station. It is very clean, has all the basic amenities and full spread of breakfast buffet at an affordable price. It is also walking distance to some malls and grocery stores.

We left out the "No cleaning" sign for our staff, but the staff still left fresh towels and amenities for us hanging on our door. Can turn down the thermostat to 18 celcius, which was much needed. Conveniently located right beside the train station.

Great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast buffet lacked variety and didn’t feel worth the price. Each bed only had one small, uncomfortable pillow, which made sleeping less comfortable. Main complaint is the WiFi — it was generally poor, especially in the evenings. I’d love to return, but the unreliable internet is a real drawback.

Pleasant and convenient

Located adjacent to a train station, it was super convenient to make day trips. People were polite and friendly. Overall service was excellent. Btreakfast buffet was amazing. The room was tiny and bathroom was compact as many Japanese business hotels are. A big contract to a grand entrance hall and banquet facilities. It was clean and a very pleasant stay.

The room was nice. It would be nicer if the room had a microwave. The check in process was a little redundant. I checked in online, only have to provide the front desk the same information again. The room key, is an actual key. Used to having a card key. Nice stay. Thank you.

I have stayed at this hotel about 30 days in total. It is a wonderful place to stay. The shower water pressure is the best I have ever had. On this stay the hotel's wifi was not good. Most days I received a your network is unstable messages from my electronic devices. One day the wifi was out entirely. The front desk only offered an I am sorry, with no additional information on when or if it was expected to be on. The staff speak very little English, I recommend have a translator or translator app. It's close to the train lines and many restraunts. I have another stay booked for 15 days.
