Just 500 meters from the historic town, this bright cottage is an ideal base for exploring Sainte-Suzanne, its hiking and trail running trails, and the surrounding region.  
The cottage offers large living areas—a living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen—as well as three bedrooms, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and a garden.  
Shops and crafts are 500 meters away. More services are available in Evron, 8 km away.  
Sainte-Suzanne and the Coëvrons are renowned for their exceptional cultural and natural heritage. The cottage is all on one level, accessed via a few steps. LEVEL 1: 18.8m² dining room with breakfast nook - 7.6m² kitchen equipped with 3-burner hob, extractor hood, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, and washing machine - 22.6m² living room with sofa and armchairs, television, books, and board games - 4.7m² bathroom with sink, walk-in shower, heated towel rail, and hairdryer - 10.4m² bedroom (1) with 1 double bed (140x190cm), shelves - 10m² bedroom (2) with 1 single bed (90x190cm), shelves - 11.2m² bedroom (3) with 1 double bed (140x190cm), chest of drawers - separate toilet.  
Television.  
Baby equipment: 1 travel cot - 1 booster seat.  
INCLUDED: Beds made - Bathroom linens - Kitchen linens - (19-20°C max).  
OPTION: End-of-stay cleaning €80 (1 fee per stay of 1 to 14 nights). Mandatory heating fee from October 15th to April 15th €10/night.  
Grassy garden in front of and behind the house with table and chairs for dining and barbecue.  
Parking: in front of the house, on the public road. Low traffic.  
Parties not allowed.  
Business stay: 3 people maximum - 1 mandatory cleaning fee per stay of 1 to 14 nights.
