"It was clean had all we needed for our stay. The outside kitchen was great for breakfast and evening meals, nice and quiet. Two minutes form beach by car, not good to walk as you have to go on main road for a short distance. The host were very friendly."

"Lovely villa with exceptional pool and outdoor living space. Jean Luc extremely attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by sporadic, and sometimes lengthy, power outages due to ongoing strike action by electric company workers. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay. This is a fantastic property that we would unreservedly recommend to friends and family."

"Nous sommes ravies d’avoir choisi la villa d’Ivan pour notre premier voyage entre soeurs. La maison était telle que décrite. La climatisation dans chaque chambre est essentielle pour passer de bonnes nuits.Nous avons bien profité de la piscine qui était toujours propre. Le petit marché du vendredi à l’épicerie Leclerc est sympathique. L’immense croque-livres au coin de la rue est assez impressionnant. Nous avons eu d’agréables discussions avec Ivan qui nous a donné de bonnes recommandations et...

"The property is in a lively spot but at the top of a steep ramp. Some of the paintwork around the doors would do with a touch up but the kitchen is fairly modern and well equipped. A teapot for English visitors would be appreciated. :-) Notes on recycling and bin days would have been helpful although Laetitia did mention it. Having something written down would have helped. Fresh sheets and towels after the first week of a two week stay should have been standard (we had to ask for them). Lovely...

"Maison propre, seul petit bémol : les insectes dans la piscine mais c'était un détail comparé a la propreté du logement ! Villa située dans le fond de Sainte Rose, donc sécurisée, Guy Pierre met tout à disposition pour qu'on puisse passer un bon séjour et le petit + c'est qu'il y a des commerces a moins de 500 m à pied ! Je recommande !"

"The space was clean and modern, with all the amenities you'd need (air con, hot water, etc.) Guy-Pierre and his wife were really lovely hosts who made us feel welcome and helped us with anything we needed. Location was peaceful with a big supermarket and little market a 5 minute walk away, and a beautiful beach with lots of walks was also 5 minutes away! The wifi was quite slow, especially when there were lots of people using it, but 4G worked ok. Thanks for having us!"
