Le Balnéa is a 5-story residence located in the heart of Sainte-Marie-Plage, offering an excellent location just 50 meters from the sea and beach. This vacation rental features an angular heated swimming pool (10 x 14 m) available seasonally from June 15 to September 15, with opening hours from 10:00-13:00 and 15:00-20:00. Internet Wifi and parking facilities are also available for your convenience.  
  
Outdoors  
The residence is just a short 20-meter walk from the sandy beach, making it an ideal choice for those seeking a seaside holiday rental. Outdoor enthusiasts can explore the nearby hiking paths at St Martin du Canigou (70 km), Massif du Canigou (77 km), and Lac des Bouillouses (105 km). Additionally, sports facilities such as a diving center (20 km), outdoor swimming pool (8 km), and a golf course (18 holes, 15 km) are within easy reach.

The residence features electric gates and a storage room for bicycles. Guests can find various amenities in close proximity, including shops, a grocery store (100 m), a supermarket (300 m), restaurants, bars, and a bakery (100 m). The railway station "Perpignan" is located 15 km away.

The 2-room apartment is 37 square meters in size and located on the 3rd floor. It features a practical layout with a living/dining area that includes a double sofabed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long, a flat-screen TV, radio, CD-player, and air conditioning. This area also provides access to the terrace. There is one bedroom with a double bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long, which also has an exit to the terrace. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules (extra). Additionally, there is a shower/WC area, and the apartment has forced-air heating.

The apartment offers various amenities to enhance your vacation experience. It is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, dishwasher, heating system, microwave, and television. The maximum capacity is 4 guests, and it has one bedroom and one bathroom. Enjoy the convenience of having a fully-equipped kitchenette with appliances like a mini-oven, induction hot plates, freezer, and an electric coffee machine with Nespresso capsules.

The apartment boasts a small terrace spanning 12 square meters, complete with terrace furniture and deck chairs (2) for your relaxation.
