Base rate for 4 occupants (ages 2 and up), with an additional charge per extra person. \*Hot Tub – Accessible and functional year-round. \*BBQ – During the cold season, if present on the terrace, guests are responsible for clearing snow, cleaning the grates, and refilling the propane tank if needed (no winter maintenance provided). \*Campfire – Summer only, when the designated black steel fire pit with grills is installed. \*Dogs are welcome (max. 2) at $75 + tax per dog, but must stay on the main floor.
