### Tropicanavibes - Vue mer à Sainte-Luce

This charming 28 m² air-conditioned flat with sea view, less than one kilometre from the beach, with swimming pool and jacuzzi, can accommodate up to 3 people and is located in the commune of Sainte-Luce. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 27 m² living room, fitted kitchen, bathroom (with shower). Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A 27 m² living room with TV  
\- A sleeping area with 1 single bed and 1 king-size bed (180×200)  
\- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Bathroom with shower and WC  
  
Outside area :  
\- A shared, unheated swimming pool open all year round (opening dates non-contractual and subject to change by the residence).   
\- A shared jacuzzi available all year round  
\- A 10 m² balcony to enjoy the sunny days.  
  
The flat is ideally located in Sainte-Luce, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.  
  
Activities :  
several water activities: kayaking, paddle, diving, walking, jet skiing, ...  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the residence car park.  
  
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:  
\- Nearest train station: Gare Routière Ducos, 42 minutes by car.  
\- Nearest airport: Martinique Aimé Césaire International Airport, 45 minutes by car
