Atypical & totally exotic property, nestled in a "promontory" on the side of a south-facing hill, in the hollow of a bucolic valley of meadows crossed by the Guye (a small river full of fish which once fed the mill), sheltering the famous Charolais cows in season (grazing on the edge of the garden) as well as "Pequeno" the peaceful family pony parked on site. Very comfortable cottage. Literally mini loft in the countryside. Nice volume. Luminous. Warm contemporary character with an "industrial" spirit enhanced by the conservation of an old wall of stone foundations of the original building. Very charming. Cozy & cozy. Private exposed & shaded terrace (depending). Pleasant green and flowery garden (shared) housing a beautiful "panoramic" heated swimming pool (8x4m), a trampoline & a swing.
